PHOTOGRAPHER

JOSE CARLOS

As an urban planner and designer, I’m captivated by how people engage with their environments—the spaces they inhabit and the moments that shape their stories. Photography, for me, is a way to preserve these fleeting experiences.

PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND

Curiosity and appreciation for life’s moments

As a trained photographer from Winter Park’s Crealdé School of Art, I’ve had the privilege of exploring the art form through various lenses, including digital photography, portraiture, landscapes, and more. Each image I capture is informed by both my creative eye and my planner’s mind—focused, intentional, and rooted in storytelling.

Photography enables me to combine my professional expertise with personal passion, capturing moments that convey the beauty of everyday life.

As a professional Principal Planner and Designer, I’ve spent years studying how people interact with the built environment—how we live, move, connect, and thrive within the spaces around us. This work has taught me to observe not only landscapes and architecture, but also the subtleties of human behavior and the deep desire we all share for a meaningful life.

That same curiosity and appreciation for life’s moments naturally led me to photography.

MY INSPIRATION

OLIVER CHARLES

Becoming a father has been one of the greatest gifts of my life. My son Oliver inspires me daily with his curiosity and creativity, reminding me of my passion. The name Oliver Charles reflects what this work means to me; it’s not just a business, but a legacy in the making.

Together, we strive to create and capture unforgettable moments. Every photograph is more than just an image; it tells a story, preserving memories with heart and purpose. This is more than photography—it's about connection, legacy, and love.
